Press Desk provides public relations (“PR”) services to individuals, brands, and organizations seeking media visibility. Our core offerings include, but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to add, change, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. All services are provided for promotional and informational purposes only. Press Desk does not guarantee specific results, including media placement or coverage.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Certain services require payment. All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.
All payments are non-refundable unless a specific service offering includes a stated refund policy.
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals
Some services may be provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account or contacting support at hello@mypressdesk.com.
6. Client Content & Submissions
You retain ownership of any materials (e.g., press releases, bios, headshots) you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant Press Desk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content solely to provide and promote the services.
You are responsible for ensuring the content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use the services for unlawful, deceptive, or defamatory purposes;

Interfere with the functionality or security of our website or systems;

Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our software or platforms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the services for violations of this section.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials and content provided by Press Desk — including our logo, designs, website content, and other proprietary assets — are the exclusive property of Press Desk or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
Press Desk provides all services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. While we aim to provide valuable support and guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, media coverage, or third-party responses.
You understand that results in PR depend on many factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Press Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Press Desk, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within that state.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
