Product Policy

This Product Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the services offered by Press Desk, including Publish a Press Release, Media Training, and PR Plan. By purchasing any of these services, you agree to the terms set forth below. This policy is designed to clarify what you can expect from each service and your responsibilities as a client.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to the following services provided by Press Desk:

  • Publish a Press Release

  • Media Training

  • PR Plan

Each service is described on its respective page and is subject to the delivery expectations, refund terms, and revision guidelines outlined in this document.

2. Turnaround Times

Publish a Press Release

  • Client-Submitted Press Releases: If you provide your own press release, we will review it and respond within one business day if any feedback is necessary. If no edits are recommended, the press release will be submitted to EIN Presswire for distribution. Note that final live publication timing is subject to EIN’s review and possible editorial changes.

  • Press Releases Written by Us: First drafts will be delivered within two business days of receiving all required information. If client revisions are requested, the revised version will be submitted to EIN within one additional business day. As above, the wire may apply its own editorial process prior to final live publication.

Media Training

  • Media training sessions are scheduled by the client upon purchase. As such, no standard turnaround time applies beyond the client’s scheduled date.

PR Plan

  • Upon submission of the form and payment, your PR Plan will be completed within ten business days.

  • A team member will then schedule a 60-minute training call to review the plan.

  • Any revisions requested during the call will be implemented and the final PR Plan will be delivered within two business days following the session.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Publish a Press Release

  • No refunds or cancellations are available after submission of the form and successful payment, regardless of whether the client writes the release or selects the writing add-on.

Media Training

  • Full refund: Available if canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled session.

  • 50% refund: Available if canceled within 24–48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • No refund: Applies to no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

  • Clients may reschedule their session at no charge if done at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.

PR Plan

  • A 50% refund is available if requested within 24 hours of form submission and payment.

  • After 24 hours, no refunds or cancellations are permitted for this service.

4. Revisions

Publish a Press Release

  • Client-Submitted Releases: Revisions are not guaranteed. However, if we identify opportunities for improvement, we may make recommendations prior to submission.

  • Press Releases Written by Press Desk: Include one round of revisions to correct factual errors or significant issues.

Media Training

  • As this is a live service, revisions do not apply.

PR Plan

  • The plan is presented during a live session. Any client feedback during the session will be implemented into the final version, which is delivered within two business days following the call.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information necessary to initiate and deliver the service.

  • Responding to requests for additional input or feedback within two business days to avoid project delays.

  • Ensuring timely communication, particularly for services involving custom writing or planning.

6. Third-Party Platforms

All press releases distributed through the "Publish a Press Release" service are submitted to EIN Presswire, a third-party distribution platform. Press Desk is not responsible for EIN’s editorial decisions, publication timing, or distribution network policies, though we strive to work only with reputable service providers.

7. Delivery Format

All services are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, and all final deliverables (if applicable) will be provided via email or shared cloud storage links.
