Product Policy

Effective Date: June 3, 2026

Press Desk LLC ("Press Desk," "we," "our," or "us") is a Florida limited liability company providing professional press release writing and distribution services. This Product Policy governs the purchase, fulfillment, drafting, review, approval, and distribution of products and services offered through Press Desk.

This Product Policy is intended to provide transparency regarding our services, fulfillment process, editorial standards, approval procedures, distribution practices, and client responsibilities. By purchasing or using any Press Desk service, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. Overview of Services
Press Desk provides professional press release writing and distribution services designed to help businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals communicate newsworthy announcements through professionally drafted press releases.

All press releases are prepared by members of the Press Desk team based on information provided by the client. Press Desk reserves the right to edit, revise, restructure, and refine submitted information to meet editorial standards, industry best practices, and distribution requirements.

Press Desk is not a news outlet, publisher, journalist, or media organization. Our services are intended to assist clients in preparing and distributing professionally written press releases. We do not control the editorial decisions of journalists, publishers, media organizations, search engines, or third-party distribution partners.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information necessary for the preparation and distribution of their press release.

By submitting information to Press Desk, the client represents and warrants that all submitted materials, statements, images, logos, quotations, media assets, contact information, and supporting documentation are accurate and may lawfully be used, modified, distributed, and published.

Clients are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all factual information contained within their press release before granting final approval.

Press Desk is not responsible for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, misleading statements, or misrepresentations contained within information supplied by the client.

3. Editorial Standards and Revisions
Press Desk maintains editorial discretion over all content prepared through its services.

Submitted materials may be edited, revised, condensed, expanded, reorganized, rewritten, or reformatted to improve clarity, readability, professionalism, compliance, newsworthiness, editorial quality, and distribution eligibility.

Press Desk reserves the right to modify headlines, structure, formatting, quotations, supporting language, and overall presentation as necessary to meet editorial standards and distribution requirements.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, each press release package includes one round of client-requested revisions prior to final approval. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees at Press Desk's discretion.

Press Desk reserves the right to determine whether requested revisions fall within the scope of the purchased service.

4. Turnaround Times
Press Desk strives to deliver initial press release drafts within the estimated turnaround time displayed at the time of purchase or communicated during the ordering process.

All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on project complexity, order volume, client responsiveness, revision requests, holidays, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond Press Desk's reasonable control.

5. Client Responsiveness
Timely completion of projects depends upon the client's cooperation and responsiveness.

Delays in providing requested information, assets, approvals, revisions, corrections, or other materials may delay drafting, review, approval, and distribution timelines. Press Desk shall not be responsible for delays resulting from a client's failure to provide requested information or timely responses.

6. Approval Process
Upon completion of the initial draft, Press Desk will provide the client with an opportunity to review the press release.

Drafts may be delivered through PandaDoc, email, or another approved review platform designated by Press Desk.

The client is responsible for carefully reviewing all content prior to granting approval.

Approval of a press release constitutes the client's confirmation that:

  • The information contained within the release is accurate;

  • The client authorizes publication and distribution;

  • The client possesses all rights necessary to distribute submitted content and assets; and

  • The client accepts responsibility for the final approved version.

Client approval of a press release through PandaDoc, email, or another approved review platform shall constitute authorization for Press Desk to proceed with distribution.

Once final approval has been provided, Press Desk may proceed with distribution. Requests for modifications after approval and distribution may not be possible and may require the purchase of additional services.

7. Distribution Services
Press Desk currently distributes eligible press releases through EIN Presswire and may utilize additional distribution partners in the future.

Distribution availability remains subject to the policies, editorial requirements, technical standards, review procedures, and acceptance criteria of the applicable distribution partner.

Press Desk does not control the publication decisions of third-party distribution networks, media outlets, publishers, journalists, search engines, websites, or news organizations.

Distribution timelines may vary based on approval timing, partner review processes, technical requirements, holidays, or factors outside Press Desk's control.

8. No Guarantee of Results
Press Desk makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the outcome of any press release, distribution campaign, or related service.

Without limitation, Press Desk does not guarantee:

  • Media coverage or media pickup;

  • Publication by any specific outlet, publication, or journalist;

  • Syndication volume or reach;

  • Search engine rankings;

  • Search engine indexing;

  • AI visibility or AI-generated citations;

  • Website traffic;

  • Lead generation;

  • Sales or revenue;

  • Brand exposure;

  • Public relations outcomes; or

  • Any specific business result.

Media coverage, publicity outcomes, search visibility, and business results are influenced by numerous factors outside of Press Desk's control, including independent editorial decisions made by third parties.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, statistics, or prior results presented by Press Desk are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future performance.

9. Prohibited Content
Press Desk reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, revise, or refuse any submission at its sole discretion.

Press Desk generally does not accept content involving:

  • Unlawful activities;

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices;

  • Defamatory content;

  • Intellectual property infringement;

  • Unsubstantiated medical, health, or treatment claims;

  • Financial, investment, securities, or cryptocurrency claims;

  • Gambling-related content;

  • Adult-oriented content;

Clients who are uncertain whether a proposed press release qualifies for distribution are encouraged to contact Press Desk before purchasing services. We will make reasonable efforts to provide guidance regarding eligibility; however, such guidance does not constitute a guarantee of acceptance or distribution.

10. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their original submitted materials and content.

By submitting content to Press Desk, the client grants Press Desk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, and otherwise process submitted materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Press Desk retains ownership of its proprietary processes, workflows, templates, systems, branding, website content, and other business materials.

11. Refunds and Cancellations
Clients may request a cancellation and refund only if work on the press release has not yet commenced.

Once Press Desk has begun work on a client's press release, including but not limited to reviewing submitted materials, conducting research, outlining content, drafting, editing, project planning, client consultation, or any other service-related activity, the order shall be considered in progress and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Clients acknowledge that Press Desk's services involve the expenditure of professional time, expertise, editorial resources, and project management efforts that cannot be recovered once work has begun.

Requests for refunds made after delivery of a draft, after a revision has been requested or completed, after client approval has been granted, or after a press release has been submitted for distribution will not be approved.

A client's dissatisfaction with a draft, requested edits, editorial style, media outcomes, distribution outcomes, or business results shall not constitute grounds for a refund once work has commenced.

Press releases that have been distributed through a third-party distribution network are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

12. Website and Promotional Use
Submission of a press release to Press Desk does not obligate Press Desk to publish, display, promote, feature, or otherwise showcase the client, company, project, or press release on its website, social media channels, marketing materials, case studies, or promotional content.

Press Desk reserves sole discretion regarding which projects, if any, are featured through its own marketing channels.

Unless otherwise requested by the client in writing, Press Desk may reference completed projects, published press releases, company names, logos, publicly available distribution links, excerpts of published content, and related materials for portfolio, case study, marketing, promotional, educational, or business development purposes.

Press Desk will not disclose confidential information that is not already publicly available through the distributed press release or materials provided for publication.

Press Desk reserves the right to honor reasonable written requests from clients who do not wish to have their projects featured in marketing, portfolio, case study, or promotional materials; however, Press Desk shall have no obligation to remove references that were published prior to receipt of such request.

13. Policy Updates
Press Desk reserves the right to modify this Product Policy at any time.

Any revisions will become effective upon posting to the Press Desk website with an updated effective date. Continued use of Press Desk services following publication of any revised version constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
